This warranty does not cover:
● Normal wear and tear or cosmetic imperfections
● Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
● Improper installation setup use or maintenance
● Electrical or power issues caused by incorrect voltage supply or non-licensed work
● Water damage moisture intrusion corrosion mold or environmental exposure
● Commercial rental shared institutional or non-residential use
● Unauthorized modifications misuse or self-repair
● Freight or delivery damage not reported within 24 hours of delivery
● Acts of nature power surges or external forces beyond Costway‘s control

Note: “Lifetime” in this warranty refers to the expected usable lifespan of the product under normal residential use which is typically 10 years.

Warranty Information
● Costway provides a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase by the original purchase date.
● Extended warranty provides maximum 2-year limited repair or parts replacement warranty with on-site service in certain areas. This can be only redeemed by Costway Coins and Costway Warranty Card.

Shipping Information
● We offer FREE standard shipping in the US and Canada for massage chairs. Standard shipping includes delivery to your front door or inside your garage. For multi-level housing delivery is limited to the ground-floor front door. NOT INCLUDED: Placement in your room of choice removal of packing materials and assembly are NOT included.
● We provide white glove service include: placement in your room of choice removal of packing materials installation and power test. There will be an extra charge for white glove service.
